I come from a dynamic world of live poker tournaments. I'd say my journey is a testament to ambition and adaptability. From dealing cards in a local poker club, to to major Poker tournament organisations in the largest casino of the country, I now decided to take on a new challenge and lead the Royal Innovations agency, a symbol of transformation in the online education sphere.
How would you summarize your Career and Achievements
My career started in a local poker club, dealing cards and learning the essentials of the game. I have travelled to many destinations helping with the organization of major Poker Events. This foundation and experience paved the way for my promotion to the role of a poker tournament director at a at one of the country's top casinos. A highlight of my poker career was participating in the WPT World Championship in Las Vegas in both 2022 and 2023, securing a paid position in my second attempt. These experiences not only sharpened my skills but also shaped my perspective on the global scale of the poker industry.
What character traits have you developed throughout your career?
As a tournament director, I fulfilled the integration of world-class poker tours into our casino's offerings. This initiative not only elevated the casino's prestige but also demonstrated my capability to lead and innovate in high-competition environments. During this period, strategic decisions combined with a keen eye on the elevation of the player experience became the highlights of my journey and raising the bar to the new level of standards set in the gambling industry.
What is behind the idea of founding Royal Innovations Agency
The strong desire to revolutionize online education was the inception that led to the foundation of Royal Innovations agency. As its sole founder and investor, I am committed to encourage quality over quantity. The agency's spirit revolves around empowering talented individuals by equipping them with the necessary tools and guidance to transform their expertise into impactful online courses. This process is one of the many bold steps towards reshaping how knowledge is shared and consumed in the digital era.
What's your Personal Philosophy and your Aspirations
Being a person from a small town of approximately 800 residents, my ambition has always been to make a positive impact on a grand scale. I firmly believe in the power of focused attention and the limitless potential of the human mind. My go-to quote would be:

Currently, my role oscillates between consulting for the casino and steadily improving Royal Innovations. The agency, still in its early stages, is set to grow, with plans to scale and expand its reach. As I continue on the development, the lessons learned from the early stages to the latest challenges will remain core in shaping a future that exceeds even the wildest imaginations.
